HONEY DIJON BAKED SALMON

Honey Dijon Salmon

I recently had questions about the honey dijon baked salmon I posted. This is something that my fams made, and taking a look at the original recipe, it’s really not the healthiest. :/ I cannot post something that I do not endorse. So here is a recipe of how I would make it. It uses no unhealthy oils, and the light glaze just gives a touch of honey aroma:)

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of salmon

  • 1tbs honey

  • 1tbs dijon mustard

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to ~475

  2. Using a brush lightly glaze honey onto the salmon, followed by glazing with the mustard. If you do not have a brush, you can easily use a spoon, or any other tool that you have in the kitchen.

  3. Place salmon on baking pan lined with parchment or foil. Once oven is temp reaches desired temp, pop salmon into oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the outside forms a nice glazy crust. If you want, you can lightly brush the salmon again with a little honey just to bring out some sheen, but is not necessary.
